In the event a transaction does not close, we charge a nominal $75 fee to close out the broker file and manage the escrow deposit release process (if applicable).
While many of us hold a real estate license, we are committed to operate in an unlicensed capacity as transaction coordinators, adhering strictly to state guidelines.

As your Transaction Coordinator, we're here to stand by your side every step of the way. We guarantee that all your documents will be promptly delivered to your office. Your files will remain accessible 24/7 through your compliance system or a dedicated and secure Google Drive file, ensuring everything stays up-to-date and at your fingertips.
We simplify the process by copying our agent partners on emails and text messages, and we're happy to provide weekly progress reports upon your request.

To start the process, the first step is to fill out an agent registration form. This allows us to incorporate and activate your agent (or team) portal, ensuring access to our tech-enabled platform. After completing your registration, the next step is to review and sign our real estate support agreement. This document outlines the roles, responsibilities, and terms of our collaboration, and ensures that our insurance covers every transaction we process together.
Lastly, we will collect the enrollment fee, officially making you a full member of the Hometown Transaction Coordinators Tribe. Once this is squared away, you're free to submit orders seamlessly.
